The Ceremony

Finally, Gabrielle, escorted by both of her parents, walked down the aisle to “Pink & White” by Kim Bo. As she met Justin under the floral-adorned chuppah, the couple embarked on a traditional Jewish ceremony, including the meaningful exchange of rings and the symbolic breaking of the glass.
Cocktail Hour
Following the ceremony, guests strolled through the Inn’s beautifully landscaped grounds to the outdoor bar area for cocktail hour. The outdoor space, surrounded by trees, provided an inviting scene for catching up and celebrating. The rustic outdoor bar was decorated with fresh greenery and served up refreshing cocktails, while servers circulated with trays of delicious appetizers. The centerpieces included tall, clear vases overflowing with floral arrangements matching the wedding party’s colors, woven greenery, and flickering candlelight. Above the couple’s sweetheart table, a custom-made sign reading “The Buchbinders” added a personal touch, while a dedicated “In Loving Memory” display on a nearby wall featured framed photos of loved ones.
The newlyweds and their guests enjoyed a series of heartfelt toasts, speeches, and blessings to kick off dinner. Then, the talented culinary team at Rosalie’s Cucina delighted guests with a mouthwatering family-style dinner featuring tenderloin, scallops, chicken piccata, and a vegetarian pasta dish.
For dessert, The Cake Shop CNY provided a stunning trio of white cakes, each designed with intricate floral designs that echoed the wedding’s springtime color palette. A large, multi-tiered cake took center stage, flanked by two smaller ones, creating a visual masterpiece that tasted as delicious as it looked.
The Dance Floor
The dance floor got started with Gabrielle and her father sharing a dance to “Who Knows Where the Time Goes” by Eva Cassidy. The emotion continued as Justin and his mother took the floor for their mother-son dance, swaying to “Sunshine of My Life” by Stevie Wonder.
Then, the energy in the room shifted as the traditional Jewish horah kicked off the open dance floor. Guests quickly filled the dance floor to lift the bride and groom high above the crowd on chairs, a time-honored tradition that symbolized joy and celebration.
